During the last 35 years, I have visited over a dozen companies all over the world and spoke with many owners and General Directors . In general, they had two things in common.

They show you everything about their company, their product, the way it is developed, produced and sold. 

However, if you ask about the way they manage their risk and quality (not to mention ISO certification) , they lost their interest and someone else, most of the time their Quality Manager, takes over the conversation.
