In order to manage and monitor your management systems, you can build and implement tdkmoms. I consider it to be a C.E.O. tool, but since C.E.O. ’s are busy people, it would be wise to look for someone to become the your management representative. <\/span><\/p>\n

Only assigning a representative will not work in practice. The minimum participation from your side will be a quarterly meeting and your representative is a (partly) member of your board meetings. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you are already a ISO 9001:2015 (4.4) certified company, your process model is already in place, else you need to learn more about ISO 9001:2015 (4.4)
<\/span>After you created the process model, you can drill down into your organization. Within three steps you can reach the essential activities of your organization. <\/span>This model will be the Backbone of your company. The keywords are process model, activities and activity steps.
